Audit first. Always.

We will not quote you a retainer before we know what is broken. Everything below runs in the same order, every time, because skipping a step is how agencies end up optimising an ad campaign that points at a page nobody can use.

Why the sector is different

Education does not behave like retail

Four things about this sector break the playbook most agencies arrive with. They shape everything on this page.

01

The calendar is fixed

You cannot invent a sale. There are two or three moments a year when demand genuinely exists, and everything in between is preparation for them. A campaign that launches three weeks late has not underperformed — it has missed.

02

The decision is long and shared

Six to eighteen months, and rarely one person: the student, a parent, sometimes a careers adviser or an employer. Attribution models built for a two-day purchase cycle fall apart, and reporting that relies on them will mislead you.

03

The product is a promise

Nobody gets to try a three-year degree first. That is why proof — real students, real facilities, real graduate outcomes — does more work than any adjective you can write about yourself.

04

Compliance is not optional

Course claims, outcome statistics, fee disclosure and how you may advertise to international students are all regulated. Creative that ignores this creates a problem considerably larger than the campaign it was meant to solve.

The process

Five steps, in this order

You get a concrete deliverable at every stage. If you stop after step one, you still own everything we produced.

Step 01 of 05

Audit

We go through what you already have: analytics, ad accounts, course pages and enquiry forms. Then we walk the whole path on a phone, as a stranger. That single exercise finds more lost enquiries than any dashboard, and most of what it turns up is fixable in a fortnight.

You get A findings document and a prioritised fix list, yours to keep

Step 02 of 05

Plan

A campaign plan mapped onto your intake calendar — budget split by course or faculty, channels named, and a target cost per enquiry we are willing to be held to. Anything the audit found structurally broken gets fixed before media spend, because there is no point buying traffic for a page that loses it.

You get A costed plan with named targets, owners and dates

Step 03 of 05

Build

Creative, landing pages, tracking and automation, produced and tested before anything goes live. Tracking is built first, because a campaign you cannot measure is one you cannot defend when budgets are reviewed. Nothing launches until the funnel has been walked end to end and signed off.

You get Assets live, tracking verified, QA signed off in writing

Step 04 of 05

Run

Weekly, not monthly. Budget moved toward what is converting, creative refreshed before fatigue starts costing you money, search terms pruned every week rather than every quarter, and landing pages tested wherever the volume justifies it.

You get Weekly optimisation and a monthly review call

Step 05 of 05

Report

One dashboard, refreshed daily, that a marketing coordinator and a vice-chancellor can both read without a translator. Enquiries, applications and cost per enrolment — never impressions. Plus a written quarterly review of what worked, what did not, and what we are changing as a result.

You get A live dashboard and a written quarterly review

Measurement

What we report on, and what we do not

Impressions, reach and follower counts are diagnostics — they help explain why a number moved. They are not the number. What we hold ourselves to sits further down the funnel, where it costs something to be wrong.

Illustrative. The widths show the shape of the journey, not anyone's numbers — yours get measured in the audit.

Reported every month

  • Cost per enquiry, by course and by channel
  • Enquiry to application conversion rate
  • Application to offer, and offer to acceptance
  • Cost per enrolment against target
  • Share of enquiries your team could not reach
  • Spend pacing against the intake calendar

Fair warning

What we need from you

This works when four things are in place, and struggles when they are not. We would rather say so now than three months in.

  • Access. Analytics, ad accounts, and the CRM or student system where enquiries land. Read-only is fine to start.
  • One decision-maker. Someone who can approve creative without a committee. Institutions that route every ad through six people lose the intake window, not the argument.
  • Your calendar and priorities. Which courses are under-enrolling, which are already full, and when each intake actually closes.
  • Honest numbers. Last year’s enquiry and enrolment figures, including the disappointing ones. We cannot improve on a baseline we are not shown.

Step one

Start with the audit

Fixed fee, quoted upfront, and the findings are yours whether or not you carry on with us. It is the least risky way to find out whether we are any good.
